BGH – The First Civil Chamber, which is responsible for copyright amongst other things, decided on 9 July 2015, that the operator of a web page does not violate copyright law, when he embeds copyrighted contents through «Framing» on his own web page, that are available for all Internet users on another web page with the consent of the right holder.
