Artificial Intelligence (AI) will be the next transformative technology after the internet. As people begin thinking about business incentives for deploying AI technologies into various industrial sectors, the impact on human unemployment, a key issue, needs to be addressed. In our emerging AI society would it be efficient to use policy and law as a tool for governance of beneficial AI? What kind of role is policy and law supposed to have in an AI society? In this paper, we will take a brief look at both policy and legal implications to the future of work.
