Call for Papers: Artificial Intelligence and Law

The rapid evolution of Artificial Intelligence (AI) – and especially Generative AI (GenAI) – is transforming not only economies, administrations, and societies, but also the very foundations of law itself.
Jusletter IT follows these developments with a critical, interdisciplinary, and forward-looking perspective.

At the heart of this transformation lie questions of regulation, transparency, accountability, and ethics:
How can the law foster innovation without compromising its fundamental principles?

How are justice, public administration, corporations, and academia changing through the integration of AI systems?
And what new forms of collaboration are emerging at the intersection of law, technology, and society?

Through thematic series such as “AI and GenAI in Law,” Jusletter IT takes an active role in shaping and reflecting on the European and global discourse around AI governance.
The journal positions itself as both a reference point and a platform — for anyone seeking to understand and critically engage with the legal, ethical, and societal dimensions of artificial intelligence.
