This issue features the 17 papers from the International Legal Informatics Symposium (IRIS) 2022, which focused on the digitization of justice and government, as well as e-commerce. The papers on legal theory, AI and law, IP law, and security and law will appear in the June issue.
Furthermore, David Wicki-Birchler has made a first legal classification of NFT and Metaverse and suggests a few selective adjustments in Swiss law. At this point, we would also like to mention the Weblaw Metaverse Summit, which we will host together with Härting Rechtsanwälte AG on June 28, 2022 in Zurich.
The Liquid Legal Institute has exchanged views on the introduction of agile methods in the legal department at a "Scrum Master Roundtable". The result is a whitepaper that explains the different agile methods and frameworks in an understandable way. In addition, it contains an Agile Manifesto adapted to legal departments.
